A world health crisis like COVID has shown us faith in humanity, humanity which influenced many to come forward for helping the ones in need. Although very few numbers are observed when it comes to people who are willing to help others and give back to society. In India, people below the poverty line do not have proper access to food, health care, and shelter. They do not have enough money to afford even two meals a day. Due to the lack of necessities, they suffer from diseases and many health problems. Due to inadequate access to good hospitals, they have to remain untreated. This problem is prevailing in the society from the last many years. There is an urgent need of the hour to address these problems. Social problems not only include working for needy people but also for various other social causes like anxiety, depression, stress, dowry, female foeticide, mental health, LGBTQ issues, and many more. We all have some of the other skills which we can use for eradicating these social problems from society. Each one of us can contribute to these people by the following methods
- Raising funds from social media
- By conducting campaigns
- By collaborating with NGOs
- By giving them employment
- Social influencing on social media
All of us are working on fulfilling our dreams. We all know that if we are working, then we can fulfill our dreams without any obstacles. But what about the children who want to study and achieve success in their lives. They also have some aspirations and dreams but they do not have a path to achieve the same. They are living a life that is either filled with sorrow or filled with darkness. They do not have a person to guide them or help them to come out of these catacombs like life. They also want to write their names in history.
To help these people, some social influencers are working for the betterment of society only. Social influencers are people who have built a reputation for their knowledge and expertise on a specific topic. Some social influencers are working for collecting likes or comments on their social media channels, not for earning name and fame but they are doing this for society.
They believe that if we have a skill that we can use to solve the problems of the major concern of society then we are ready for it.

At Mitti Ke Rang, we started with a COVID-19 community support fundraising, as an emergency response to provide a safety net to families. This will help them survive in the lockdown period. We aim to directly support these families by providing a minimum wage, through transferring the same into their accounts or partner with local NGO, Organisation, Fellow or a volunteer, and support them with groceries.
