Sam Vaghar, a social entrepreneur has been an observant since his childhood and has closely observed injustice in the system and state and poverty in society. Starting with Millennium Campus Network at the age of 20 as a platform for students at the undergraduate level, they have guided more than 6000 students to create a social impact. With a vision of creating a worldwide network for college students for social change and create a big or small effect to eradicate poverty. MCN has been thriving for worldwide accessibility and reaching in areas with no electricity and internet. MCN has been providing training, recognition, and resources to student leaders worldwide to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

In the podcast, one important message he puts forward is how one can start from any level or any point in life to create change. he, further speaks on how whether in case of gender inequality, racism, or sexism, the initial movement of change starts from one’s lifestyle, and to create an impact it is very significant. Starting from within and realization of our responsibility towards these injustices has to be a compulsion rather than just complaining about the authorities

He explains how one can express humility, be more respectful, be more righteous, and ask for equity and opportunity for all should as that is the foundation. Every individual is a smaller unit of a global change. According to Sam Vaghar, making a living towards social entrepreneurship is feasible and has enormous scope.

FORTUNE FAVOURS THE BRAVE
It is important to find the right pathway and realize that the grind starts from within. One of the major pieces of advice that we receive is to act with courage to fight against taboos, social norms, and injustice and to be brave enough while communicating with others and to believe in oneself. The podcasts not just encourage but also acts as a fuel for ignition.

At Mitti Ke Rang, we started with a COVID-19 community support fundraising, as an emergency response to provide a safety net to families. This will help them survive in the lockdown period. We aim to directly support these families by providing a minimum wage, through transferring the same into their accounts or partner with local NGO, Organisation, Fellow, or a Volunteer, and support them with groceries.
